DescriptionWally Briscoe, Senior Vice President of the National Cable Television Association (NCTA) testified before the House Subcommittee on Communications on Wednesday, May 12, 1976 during hearings on HR9689, legislation which would authorize translator broadcast stations to originate limited amounts of local programming.
