Description | Virginia Randolph, Karen Randolph Aman and Joe Aman, Hary Harkins, Sue Talbott, Frank Tacy and wife, Hub Schlafly, Joe Talbott and Sandford F. Randolph in Las Vegas. Sandford F. Randolph is a Cable pioneer, an owner and builder of Cablevision of Virginia. He organized and was two-term president of the West Virgina Cable Association. He was active with the National Cable Television Association (NCTA) and was elected vice-president and, in 1960, president. He was the only person to serve as both president and chairman of NCTA and he was also an honorary member of the board of directors of The Cable Center. He helped to combat early regulation of the cable industry. |
