DescriptionCongressman Charles Rose (D-NC) left, on set in the House of Representatives recording studio inspects new 3/4" video tape cassette equipment installed in the House of Representatives studio. Congressman Rose is the first congressman to utilize the equipment. With him is Wally Briscoe, Senior Vice-President of the National Cable Television Association (NCTA). This method allows congressmen to tape messages, reports, and programs for viewing on cable systems in their districts
