With him is Wally Briscoe, Senior Vice-President of the National Cable Television Association (NCTA). The program will be aired on Fayetteville (NC) Cablevision's TV Cable 12. This method allows congressmen to tape messages, reports, and programs for viewing on cable systems in their districts
