Original caption: "Washington, D.C.... Highlighting the resumption of cable television hearings by the House Communications Subcommittee today (July 20) was a demonstration of domestic communications satellite and cable technology. Don Williams, a cable operator in Santa Monica, testified before the Subcommittee via Western Union's Westar I satellite. Williams' testimony was beamed from Westar to this SATCOM-10T small earth station antenna (Antennas for Communications, Inc.) outside the Rayburn House Office Building on Capitol Hill."
