Don Williams, a cable operator in Santa Monica, testified before the Subcommittee via Western Union's Westar I statellite. Williams' testimony was beamed from Westar to this SATCOM-10T small earth station antenna (Antennas for Communications, Inc.) outside the Rayburn House Office Building on Capitol Hill.
